Multitrack | 2021/2022

Multitrack is an experiential development program designed to expose the inner workings of our rehearsal rooms, creative processes and organisational machinery to three early career artists.

If you are a performer, producer, writer, festival worker, performance maker, director, technician, choreographer, design, stage manager or marketer in the first two years of your vocational life, Multitrack will connect you to the best of northern Tasmania’s professional practice.

Three successful applicants will engage in a bespoke four week program across the Multitrack organisations and be paid to do it. The program will be designed in deep consultation with you and be geared to develop your skills, knowledge and network. There is no performance outcome, just four weeks of high-level immersion in the North's arts landscape.
